Description of the Services
Configurable Interview Templates: Clients can create, customize, or use pre-defined templates for AI-driven interviews. These templates can specify the interview language, duration, a set of core questions to be asked, and specific instructions or context for the AI interviewer.
Voice-to-Voice Interaction: The Platform facilitates automated interviews where an AI-powered virtual recruitment assistant engages with Candidates in a natural-sounding voice conversation. The AI can be configured to represent the Client's team or company.
Multiple Interview Types:
Multi-language Support: The Platform supports AI interviews in various languages, as specified in the Service Packages or Order Form.
Audio Recording: All AI voice interviews (both AI and Candidate voice) are recorded in their entirety to ensure a complete record of the interaction. Recordings are stored securely.
Automated Transcription: Audio recordings of interviews are automatically transcribed into text format, providing a written record of the conversation.
Speech and Content Analysis: The Platform utilizes AI models to analyze the content and characteristics of Candidate responses from the interview (and potentially from submitted CVs, if provided by the Client). This may include analysis of skills, experience, language proficiency, clarity of expression, and other relevant factors defined by the Client.
Automated Summaries and Insights: The AI generates summaries of interviews, highlights key information, and may provide an initial assessment or scoring against predefined criteria or skills.
Question & Answer Extraction: Key questions asked during the interview and the Candidate's corresponding answers can be extracted and presented for review.
Note: All AI-generated assessments are provided as recommendations and require meaningful human oversight by the Client, as stipulated in Article 4 of the Agreement.
CEFR-Based Language Evaluation: The Platform provides comprehensive language proficiency testing based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) standards, supporting levels A1 through C2 for standardized language assessment.
Multi-Language Test Support: Language tests are available in multiple languages including English, Slovak, Czech, and other supported languages, with localized conversation flows and culturally appropriate assessment criteria.

Comprehensive Language Analysis: Detailed evaluation of candidate language skills including:
Automated CEFR Evaluation: AI-powered analysis that assesses candidates against target CEFR levels, providing detailed scoring, feedback, and recommendations for language skill development.
Language Test Results Integration: Language assessment results are seamlessly integrated with candidate profiles and can be used for hiring decisions, training recommendations, and skill gap analysis.
Candidate Data Management: The Platform allows for the intake of Candidate data (e.g., name, contact details, CV if provided) typically via API integration with Client's existing systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems - ATS) or manual input.
Interview Scheduling/Initiation: Tools to trigger or schedule AI interviews for selected Candidates.
Results Dashboard: A centralized interface for Users to access interview recordings, transcripts, AI analyses, summaries, and Candidate ratings.
Status Tracking: (If applicable) Features to track the status of Candidates throughout the AI interview process.
(If included in the Service Package) The Platform may provide Clients with aggregated reports and analytics on their AI interviewing activities, such as the number of interviews conducted, average interview duration, or other relevant metrics to help optimize their recruitment process.
API Access: (If included in the Service Package) InstaView provides Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable integration with Client's existing recruitment software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), for seamless data exchange (e.g., sending Candidate data to InstaView, receiving interview results back).
Specific ATS Integrations: (If offered and included) Pre-built integrations with specific third-party ATS platforms.
InstaView is responsible for hosting the Platform infrastructure, performing regular maintenance, and implementing commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the Platform and Client Data, as further detailed in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) referenced in the Agreement.
InstaView provides standard support services to assist Clients with the use of the Platform. The level of support (e.g., email, phone, priority support) may vary depending on the selected Service Package.
